Each picnic will have: Picnic Table, Memory Foam Seats, Glasses, Cutlery, Plates, Chargers, Napkins, Pillows, Basket, Trash Receptacle, Bluetooth Speaker, Rug, Centerpiece, One Treat (dipped pretzels or cookies), Faux Flowers and/or Candles. Additional items from our website may be added to any picnic (Backdrops, Balloon Columns, Stanchions, Pedestals etc.) for an additional fee. Depending on your location, delivery charges may be incurred. See Rules and Regulations below. Please contact us for details.

RULES/REGULATIONS
FEES/PERMITS
You are ultimately responsible for any permits or fees associated with or required by your chosen location/Venue. We are willing to help you in anyway we can; but, we do not cover any additional fees associated with your desired location.
STYLE
We take pride in decorating our picnics to make them absolutely elegant. Therefore, a theme is not available; but, we will try incorporating any available colors from our website into your picnic.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE/EXTENDED TIME
If you're late it affects our whole schedule. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are delayed. However, a fee will be charged if you are late because we cannot leave until you arrive:
- 0-15 min no charge
-15-30 min $45 charge
At the 35min mark, we reserve the right to leave the picnic site and you receive NO Refund.
We understand that you might want to extend your time. Please inquire at time of booking. Extended time is $50 (2 hour Max) an hour. If you are having a great time at your picnic and want to extend, it depends on our schedule. Please call us immediately to see if our schedule will permit this extension. All extension fee must be transmitted immediately.
ALCOHOL
We do not have a license to sell alcohol and will not provide any. Our state/public parks, beaches are very strict on consuming alcohol in public areas. Dolly's Dome, LLC will not be held responsible if any laws are broken by the client. Please check with the regulations/laws in your desired area.
Beach Set Ups/Pools
Our beach picnics are meant more for enjoying the serenity of the ocean, but not so much the swimming part. Most of our items are not waterproof and can be damaged if soaked. Therefore, we ask that you please dry off well before sitting.
CANCELLATION/REFUND/DEPOSIT/DAMAGES
50% of your picnic total is due at time of booking which is non-refundable; but will be deducted from the total cost of your picnic. Full payment must be received 3 days before your picnic. If any items are damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the client is responsible for the item/items replacement at current market rate.
WEATHER
It is the clients responsibility to police the weather. If an alternate location is available and our schedule permits, we can switch the location but increased travel fees may be charged given the location. We try to be as flexible as possible with date changes due to prediction of inclement weather. Please contact us immediately so we can check our calendar availability.
WAIVER
The client agrees to waive any rights to bring legal actions against Dolly's Dome, LLC, the owner and/or staff for any personal or property damage to venue/residence where event is held. The client also agrees that Dolly's Dome, LLC , the owner and/or staff, will not be liable for any and all injuries or illness that may occur during the scheduled and agreed upon date/time.
